INTRODUCTION
Here is a UT2K4 voice pack of Sulik, a character from the Black Isle game Fallout 2. He's one of my favorite characters from the Fallout games. Sulik one of the "tribals" who live in the wasteland of post-apocalypitic earth. Eventually, he joins the Chosen One on the quest to save the villiage of Arroyo. This VP would perhaps best be used for one of your bots, as it doesn't contain any of the Order sounds, but it does contain all the text for any events which do not have sounds attached to them, so you can still use them. I'll make some more Fallout VPs if anyone is interested. I won't be including the usutal .UPL file with portrait because I've recieved too many complaints about them; people have been expecting them to be actual skins for some model but it's only a portrait. I'd rather include a ready to use model for the character anyhow, but my modeling skills are...well, let's say they aren't all that impressive and leave it at that. :-(

TAUNTS = 48
After you kill something, it wil not talk to you.
Bad things following you around like nobody's business anyway.
Too bad they can't see it with their eyes open!
[The spirits] all say dark clouds gatherin'.
You don't send a blacksmith to bake bread.
We went drinkin' then went breakin'.
It is easy to become a spirit.
Evil hops here.
1 The grass is greener accross the fence, but you must first find that fence.
Grampy Bone say this place full of bad people.
Grampy Bone say you get funny look. Like that one!
Go see shaman. Get hole in head! Big hole!
They say people get lost here, real easy...in many ways.
Good luck to ya, fren. We be thinkin' you be needin' it.
We be good with fist, spear, big hammer, submachinegun. We be a handful.
We need to go where the spirits go, just not be what they are.
LOL
The higher the place, the longer the face.
You just like to see the insides of bodies, right?
Killing bad people is good for your karma. Some people can sense this.
The head isn't with the body!
You spend too much time laying down on the job!
Lifting rocks will find more than slugs.
Look before you fall.
Yeah. You may be ugly outside but you're way cool inside.
Fren, you ever wonder if there's more bad people than bullets?
You have more questions for Sulik?
Need better weapon!
The pathway of evil is layed clear here!
Ha! People trying to kill you all the time.
Let us show you how it's done in our tribe!
Small death will follow you.
We and I are the spirit of wrath, fren!
The spirits see the shadow that cast your shadow here from before.
You, heh, you have STUPID spirits!
The spirits see the same swallowing cloud headed to your home!
That be funny fren! At least Grampy Bone think so!
This place is full of poison.
There are times to speak, and times to listen.
We be like ugly on...you!
Mushrooms make bad dinner hosts.
The voice is louder than the sound of any gun.
Walk the quiet way and learn much.
When daylight ends, what begins?
Where does a shadow go in the dark?
The wind moves to secret places.
Spirits help, too. That and armor. Almost enough around you.
Dude was in bad shape.

Thanks go out to Paul Catalano for making the
Voice Packager program, to LORD KROM for sorting out the whole VP implementation issue for '2K4 and FBMachine for providing the tip on raising the volume in the voice pack Default Properties. Thank you Rainecloud for "The Definitive Voicepack Tutorial For UNREALED 2.0. (Revised Version)", Areala and [ZDB]Stoerenfried for their UT voice pack tweaking guide (both guides found here) and Fraggin_Phun for the tutorial on how to make VPs for UT2003. I find UnrealEd to be daunting and these tutorials made it very simple to make the voice pack. Additional grattitude goes go to Ron "JaFO" Dautzenberg for his UT bot managing utilities, a big help with making "push content" files for my voice packs. I'd also like to thank the folks at GoldWave and CyberLink for making some awesome sound editing and DVD player software.
