Modifications to Niven

-Both bases now have equal armor (removed blue base thigh pad and replaced it with armor)
-Both bases now have the mini gun. (removed ripper from red base)
-Added mini ammo outside both bases
-Added a flak cannon near blue base (underwater) to match red base (underwater)
-Added flak & biorifle ammo equally in the tubes underwater
-Removed excess ammo in the underwater area
-Removed old spawn points and made new ones
